This is a two flight of stairs entry, so beware if you are mobility challenged. The lock mechanism is a bit quirky, but after you figure it out it works smoothly.

We were visiting to cook for the LOBI fishing tournament. The house was convenient and very well located. Only a few minutes from the marina with beautiful views. We have stayed here numerous times and will be back in the future.
